You are currently experiencing financial difficulty and are unable to afford regular cleaning services due to job loss, illness, or other challenges.

Caring for a Loved One
You are a caregiver for a loved one who requires your full attention, leaving you unable to manage routine cleaning tasks.

Serious Illness or Injury
You are recovering from a serious illness or injury and need assistance keeping your home clean while you focus on recovery.

Senior Citizens
You are a senior citizen facing challenges with maintaining your home due to age-related issues or health concerns.

Living in Temporary Housing
You are in temporary housing or experiencing displacement and need help with cleaning as you transition into a new living space.

Crisis Situations
You or your family have recently experienced a traumatic event, such as a house fire, natural disaster, or other crisis, and need assistance with cleaning up and restoring your home.

Mental Health Decline or Hoarding Tendencies
You or a member of your household is struggling with mental health challenges that are affecting your ability to maintain a clean living space, such as anxiety, depression, or hoarding tendencies.

Referral Required:

• Applicants must be submitted by a third party.

• We do not accept self-submissions in order to maintain the integrity of our mission and avoid misuse by individuals seeking personal gain.

Demonstrated Need:

The referred individual or family must be experiencing one or more of the following:

• Physical immobility or disability

• Financial hardship

• Mental health decline

• Hoarding tendencies

• Other extenuating circumstances impacting their ability to maintain a clean and safe living space

Residency Requirements:

• Must reside within our current service areas (please inquire if unsure whether a location qualifies)

Photo Release Agreement:

• A signed Photo & Testimonial Release Agreement is required for all approved recipients.

• Please note: We will never photograph an individual’s face, identity, or likeness. Any media shared publicly will only reflect the work completed and serve to promote awareness and support for the cause.

Safe Environment:

• Clean Hearts Association reserves the right to decline services where conditions pose a health or safety risk to staff or volunteers without notice prior to arrival for proper preparation.
